Information we collect

Enquiries and free homepage mockup requests

Our mockup request form does not store your details on our website. When you press submit, it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email. The message can include your name, business name, trade, email address, phone number, location, current website, the services or aims you describe and any other notes you add.

Email, phone, WhatsApp and Instagram

If you email, call, message us on WhatsApp or contact us on Instagram, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, number or account name and the content of your message.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in order to deliver pages to you and keep the service secure. Our website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address with it. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.

Why we use your information and our legal basis

• Responding to enquiries and preparing a mockup or quote — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Providing services you agree to buy — performance of our contract with you.
• Keeping business and accounting records — compliance with legal obligations.
• Running and securing the website — our legitimate interest in operating a safe, working website.

Sending us an enquiry is not consent to marketing. We do not run a newsletter or mailing list through this website.

Who receives your information

• Google (Gmail) — our email is provided by Google, so enquiry emails are held in our Gmail account.
• Google Fonts — receives your IP address when fonts load.
• Website hosting provider — processes technical data to serve the website.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and Instagram (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us through those services.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of these providers (such as Google and Meta) may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, those providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format.
